On Wednesday, March 28, 2018, John F. Kennedy High School had an opportunity to serve those in need in downtown Montreal. Coordinated by Spiritual and Community Animator Aaron Durocher, members of JFK Student Council, along with the help of Ms. Olders, Ms. Hranek, Ms. Hoxha, and Ms. Coleston, prepared a meal to feed the homeless. The meal was served at Benedict Labre House, which is a soup kitchen that has served those in need since 1952. The meal was greatly appreciated, and JFK students thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the community through the virtue of service.
